2023 ORDER DEADLINES FOR TEACHER/EDUCATOR GIFTS & CHRISTMAS

All orders placed after the 10th of December 2023 will now be shipped / ready for pick up from early January 2024.

DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard deliveries which are 500g or below and are sent within Australia will incur a flat fee between $5.00 & $11.00, delivery is 3-4 weeks from date of purchase.

Parcels larger than 500g are automatically $9 registered and $11 express.

Free standard shipping for orders over $100n (Australia wide only)

Express Australia Next Day Delivery (Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Australia Post Express Network). Orders will be despatched by Australia Post Express Parcel Post. Tracking information will be provided. Before choosing Express Post please contact us to discuss the date you need your product. Please note Express post is not fast tracking your order.

Once you receive an email stating that the product has been shipped with tracking information you can then assume delivery the next available business day as long as you reside within the Australia Post Next Day delivery network.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

WHEN WILL MY GOODIES BE SHIPPED?

Your items will be shipped within approx 3-4 weeks from sale date. We aim to get your goodies out to you sooner, however with 3 cubs under 9 running around, each day (and free time) varies daily!

If you order any ready to ship items with your presale items, they will be sent together. If you would like to receive other items BEFORE your presale items, we suggest making separate purchases.
