SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Fonts: Fonts and text placement will be similar to the examples shown. Capital and lowercase letters will be used at the discretion of Shartruese during the design process and will depend on what text is provided.
Sketches: Let us know your chosen text in the comments or email artwork to shartruese@outlook.com. Note: Sketches must be on a white background (paper) using black marker. We ask that the resolution of your sketch be high so we can capture your little Artist's talent perfectly.
We will send you a proof via email before etching (please check your junk file). Once you have confirmed approval no refund can be claimed due to a mistake in design.
Also, if you can provide your social handles as a backup if we can't reach you via email.
THINGS TO KNOW
Made out of natural materials these products may have slight unique characteristics. These are not considered faults. As with any wood product, engraving is subject to colour variations and may appear darker or lighter at times.

Not suitable for little teethers. Please supervise children when in use.
Coasters are not water proof. Please wipe with a damp cloth only. Do not submerge in water. Can withstand temperatures up to 65 degrees.
