THINGS TO KNOW

- Images will be cartoonish in nature to keep inline with the Shartruese brand.
- No licensed images, fonts or text.
- Allow up to 4 weeks for completion. We take great pride in hand painting our pieces and don't like to be rushed.
- Payment must be made before work begins your custom order.
- After use, wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry before packing away.
Due to the handmade nature of these products and as they are made out of plywood, there may be slight unique characteristics from product to product. These are not considered faults.
