Please note: Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, Shartruese holds no responsibly in any delays that may occur.
2023 ORDER DEADLINES FOR TEACHER/EDUCATOR GIFTS & CHRISTMAS
All orders placed after the 10th of December 2023 will now be shipped / ready for pick up from early January 2024.
Please note: Dates are subject to change at the discretion of Shartruese. Please reach out to Shartruese via social media or email shartruese@outlook.com if you would like any clarification surrounding your required date.
PAYMENT
Payment is made through Paypal, AFTERPAY, zipPay, Klarna or credit card. As you check out, you will be taken to a new page where you can either use your Paypal account or as a guest using your credit card to pay for your purchase.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you nominate after your payment has been processed and your order has been received.
PACKING
All Shartruese items are packaged securely. Shartruese will not be liable to you for any loss or damage or if the product is not delivered within the estimated time frames. If you are worried a parcel may be lost in the post we suggest purchasing registered post.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that all our plywood interior products are not for playing with. Please make sure your little one can not reach these pieces as they are not suitable for little teethers. Please also note that these products are not coated for outside protection. Exposure to the weather will deteriorate your product considerably.
CUSTOM ORDERS
By purchasing one of our custom pieces you agree the the following conditions:
1. All custom creations are owned by Shartruese and can be duplicated for resale (unless stipulated not to), NOT INCL BUSINESS LOGOS.
2. Custom creations can not be refunded nor can orders be cancelled once payment is made
3. Shartruese will not duplicate a design that has been created by another business. If you like their design, purchase it from the original maker
4. Payment must be made before work begins your custom order
5. After your purchase a proof will be emailed to you. By signing off on this proof you release Shartruese of any responsibly of errors.
YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION
Join our yearly subscription & receive your Christmas Height Keepsake automatically each November in time for Christmas. FREE SHIPPING APPLIES ON CHRISTMAS HEIGHT KEEPSAKE ONLY. Minimum 2 subscription payments required before cancellation or pause can occur. Please advise if any postal details change.
REFUND POLICY
Shartruese takes great pride in its reputation for quality handmade decor and accessories.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product please contact shartruese@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the order and we will assist you with an exchange or refund. Product to be returned to Shartruese within 14 days of the outcome (if applicable).
Due to the handmade nature of these products and as they are made out of plywood, there may be slight unique characteristics from product to product. These are not considered faults.
Please note:
All items must be in new & unused condition, with all tags attached.
• In the unfortunate instance you are returning an item due to a manufacturing fault we ask that you firstly email shartruese@outlook.com.
• If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Shartruese reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which Shartruese can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise organised). Shartruese will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have had tags/stickers tampered with or removed.
• Any items purchased at a reduced price are not exchangeable for other items and cannot be refunded.
Custom creations can not be refunded nor can orders be cancelled once payment is made.
Limited stock is available of SHARTRUESE pieces. Please take care in choosing sizes & designs as an alternative may not be available.

All accessories featured on shartruese.myshopify.com, instagram.com/_shartruese and facebook.com/shartruese have limited availability and are subject to supply. Descriptions, specifications, colours and pricing are subject to change at any time and without any notice.
Also, please be aware that some colours may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor.

Any violation of the Shartruese intellectual property rights may result in legal action be taken against you without further notice.
