SHARTRUESE WHOLESALER TERMS & CONDITIONS AS OF 1ST JANUARY 2023
1. Pricing is in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
2. Only approved retailers to stock and sell Shartruese products.
3. Initial minimum order of $330 AUD (after discount & excluding shipping / postage). Subsequent orders minimum $220 AUD (after discount). Please allow 4 weeks from date invoice is fully paid for your order to be ready for shipping.
4. Shipping / postage to be arranged by Shartruese & costs are the responsibility of the retailer. Final charges to be invoiced to the retailer and paid before order is dispatched. Any customs duties / taxes that are imposed by the receiving country are the retailers responsibility.
5. Retailers agree to Shartruese placing retailer business details under the "stockists" section of the Shartruese website.
6. All orders placed are subject to material availability. If a particular item ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Prices have to remain same as Shartruese RRP or above except during sales.
8. No on selling to other businesses without written permission from Shartruese. All labels / woven labels / swing tags / stickers on Shartruese products must remain in tact and sold to the customer as is. You may of course add your tags in addition, this is up to you, please do not remove ours.
9. Branding of Shartruese to remain on all advertising incl tagging on social media. Shartruese will in turn advertise you as an approved stockist and encourage customers to shop with you.

No personalised/custom pieces are available as a wholesale at this stage. In the case you choose a personalised option we will supply a generic design in it's place. We can however design pieces (design fees apply) to be sold exclusively at your outlet.
